" A Tranquil Fall"

The first frame of many that are to come.  I'm having classes on these at a crop and wanted to share them with everyone.  They were alot of fun!

I picked up this wooden frame from Michaels.  I used Tim's DIs, Milled Lavender, Vintage Photo, Crushed Olive and Walnut Stain then sealed it with Mod Podge (glossy).

Martha Stewart's Leaf punch was used to punch out leaves in various colors of cardstock.  I then went around the edges with Vintage Photo and drew in veins.  Glossy Accent was smeared onto each leaf with my finger.

Michaels had these neat scarecrows on a stick last year which I probably took all they had on sale at the time.   After the season passes is a great time to stock up on products.

I failed to mention that the scarecrow came on a wooden stick which I cut off.

Mike's also had these beautiful Harvest dried grains by Celebrate It for $2.99 on sale.  The bunch caught my attention instantly.  I also grabbed another bunch on sale in a beautiful deep red color.  Its amazing how color ignites my inspiration.

Everytime I see these little pumpkins it reminds me of Tim.  He used them on one of his Halloween Configuration class that I took when he was in Buffalo, NY.
