RED FISH TAG

I used Fitztown's Fish image.  I began by using my Distress Inks, Aged Mahogany and Tattered Rose on a Tag.  Then I misted my tag with water to create tiny droplets that react with the distress inks, used the heat gun to quickly dry it up.

A piece of netting was cut and taped to the back to hold it in place.  I then cut a piece of chipboard and glued it to the back of the tag for firmness.

The following Copic Pens were used on this fish image:
R00, R02, R05, R08, R20, R24, R29, R32, R39, C2, C4 and 100.
Spica Pen, red 03 was used on the fins on the fish.  A bit hard to see in these photos.  A small piece of chipboard was also cut for the backing of the fish.  I then covered the fish in Glossy Accent and set him aside to dry.

The beautiful underwater sea plants were created with the following Liquid Pearls Dimensional Pearlescent Paints:
Rouge, Peacock, Key Lime and Buttercup.   Distress Stickles, Barn Door was used on the bottom of the tag.  I allowed it all to dry for a few minutes.  The Distress Stickles takes longer to dry especially since I put it on thick (distress stickles is the only kind of stickles that the you can apply the heating tool on) then I glued some Rain Dots by Cloud9 that have a red tint which made it perfecto!  Rain Dots were placed throughout the tag.

Don't forget to leave your comments and visit all the designer's personal blog to win the freebie! Have fun!!
