4th of July Fitztown Diver

Here's another canvas I created with one of Fitztown's images.  I absolutely love the 4th of July holiday and those red, white and blues.

This piece began with a 6X5 canvas that was covered with blue tissue paper and adhered with Mod Podge and allowed it a few minutes to air dry.
I used the following Copic Pens on the diver:  R00, R05, R20, R24, R29, R46, B00, B02, B04, B24, E00, E02, C0, C1, C3, C6, 110.    Tim Holtz's stencil, Stars was used with some Brilliance Ink, Moonlight White.

Almost forgot to mention that the diver was smothered with Glossy Accent before adhering him to the canvas.
I used black wire to take the place of all the hoses he had on him which gave it dimension.  A bead chain was cut up into small strands to represent the bubbles being released from the diver.

I also added a square metal box charm to hold which was from Michaels Industrial Chic.  Set him in place with Glossy Accent.  I painted some gears with red, white and blue acrylic paint and sealed them with Mod Podge.  After they were dried, I cut some metallic wire, red, silver and blue to bring the gears together on the lower left.

I have this bright red dry flower (not sure what its called) it looks like wheat.  I've had it for some time now and placed it on the lower right.  I curled some wire, red, white and blue and placed it in front of the flower with a white star embellishment from Melissa Frances's collection, it just belonged there.
Three glass like stars across the top from Recollections, which is exclusive to Michaels.
