I had fun playing with this tag.  I'm missing my hometown, NYC.  It's time for another trip into the city with my camera and canines.   We are sponsoring Stamps4Joy.   I wanted to share this image named, Vintage Geek Girl that I chose to play with from their great selection.

I decided to go with a tag this time.
Began by coloring my tag with a Blending Tool using Tim Holtz' Distress Ink, Bundled Sage.  I then used my TH Burlap & Swirls Texture Fades and ran the tag through my Vagabond.  

A couple of city skyline silhouettes were cut out on my Cricut Expression.  They were placed on the bottom of the tag, out came my white marker and dotted the skyline which looks like windows on the buildings.  A piece of winter ribbon on the baseline.

 

I colored the image with my Copic Pens:

E0000, E000, R08, B02, B04, YG03, YG11 YG13,

G14, G29 ML-0.3

 

Glossy Accent was used on her eyeglasses, clothing and shoes.
A Balloon Martha Stewart punch out of metallic card stock, using black wire as the strings.  Most of the balloons were popped Recollection's Pop Dots.  Used Copic Pens to color some balloons green.

A few ebellishments and a purse charm finished off the tag.
