Coloring was done with my
The background scenery, hills, ocean and seagulls.
After I completed all the coloring, I used glossy accent on several parts and ended it with a rub on that says,
"Dream."

Here I used blue & gray checkered cardstock as my background. I cut the shield out of vellum paper, wrinkled it and went over it with my Distress Ink, Salty Ocean to highlight the creases.
During these trying times in our world, envisioned the wrinkles on the shield to represent how fragile our police departments are. The blue wire represents the
I punched tiny shields out of metallic card stock that fit perfectly on the officer's cap and on his chest. I also added metallic card stock on the brim of the cap. Can you find the vehicle?
A combination of some Paper House 3D stickers were used as well as a metal embellishment with the word
