Another month has come and gone, is it me or is time just running away from us? Is it an aging thing?
Hope everyone has been doing well.
I wanted to share my DT project I created for
A Perfect Time To Craft Challenge
For this month of June, we are being sponsored by
I choose the Chili Tea Cup Cuties-Fox image.
Be sure to join in on the challenge where its always Anything Goes!
Here are the Copic markers used:
B000, B04, B05, B13, B18, B28, E0000, E00, E11, E13, E21, E51, Y08, Y17, Y38, YG02, YG11, YG91.
Multi Milimeter pen 0.05, 0.2 and white gel pen.
Distress Inks used:
Spiced Marmalade, Crushed Olives, Vintage Photo and Fired Brick.
Began with downloading the image from Stampers Delights website and coloring it in using my Copic markers.
Then I fussy cut the image using my original Cutter Bee scissors and did some of what I call, "extreme" fussy cutting around the ears and tail to give it a more 3D fur effect. Added several 3D self adhesive embellishments of Hearts by Raindrops. Also took various shades of green card stock and used a no name brand metal die ran it through my Sizzix Switch machine layered and glued them together with the lightest color last to give it depth.I cut small rectangular pieces out of white card stock and I handwrote the words "Tea Time!" distressed around the borders using DI Vintage Photo and adhered them to the card with pop dots.
And that's all folks!!
